Berkan YILDIZ, publisher of berkan.fr, is responsible for the processing described below. You can reach me through the contact form.

When you use the contact form: your name, your email address, the name of your company (optional), the subject you picked and your message.

Nothing else. There is no analytics, no advertising, no tracking pixel, and no third-party font, script or embed on this website.

Your message is used for a single purpose: reading it and replying to you. The legal basis is the steps taken at your request before a potential contract, or my legitimate interest in answering you (GDPR, art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).

Messages are stored in a database hosted in France. When a message arrives, a short notification containing your name, your email address and an excerpt of your message is sent to my phone through my mobile operator’s SMS service.

Your data is never sold, rented or shared for marketing purposes.

Messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your request, and deleted at the latest three years after our last exchange.

This website only sets strictly necessary cookies: a session cookie and a security token that protects the contact form against forged requests. They are not used to track you and do not require consent.

If you switch between light and dark mode, your choice is remembered in your browser’s local storage. It never leaves your device.

You can access, correct or delete your data, object to its processing or ask for it to be restricted by contacting me through the contact form. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
